Suggest Treatment For TB

I have diagnosed for positive tb and after taking AKT3- tb result is negative but i have 99.0 fever at evening and head ache, back pain ,leg swelling,right abdomen pain and high uric acid about 8.1.Pls suggest me what is rong with me? & MY Head ache is very high

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having side effects of anti tubercular drugs.
Right abdominal pain, headache, weakness is mostly due to anti tubercular drugs (rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide) induced hepatitis.
High uric acid is seen as a side effect of pyrazinamide.
Lower limb swelling is mostly due to hypoptoteinemia or kidney damage (ethambutol).
So better to consult doctor and get done
1. Complete blood count
2. Liver function test including SGPT, Bilirubin, Protein levels etc.
3. Kidney function test.
On the basis of above mentioned reports, you may need alteration in anti tubercular drugs.
For high uric acid, you should take low protein diet and febuxostat.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
