Suggest Treatment For UTI And Pain During Urination
Doctor I m suffering from urinary tract infection. There s a very sharp pain when I urinate. There s no burning or itching sensation, just a sharp but unbearable pain. The pain has increased from the last couple of days. I experience problem now even while walking or sitting and standing. I had dolowin plus tablet as painkiller but the pain is not reducing. Please suggest proper medicine.

Here you mostly having urinary tract infection..
You should first confirm it by urine routine microscope examination in which urine will show pus cells and bacteria....
For UTI empirical antibiotic like cefixime or norfloxacin can be prescribed for seven day....
If no benefit noted than ideally antibiotic prescribed according to urine culture
Meanwhile drink more water and fruit juices
Avoid excess spicy foods...
Cranberry juice will be beneficial
Take care
