Suggest Treatment For A Hole In Small Intestine Without Surgery
i had appendix surgery on april 17th in which there was some infection and an abscess , on may 20th during a scan they found a small hole in the small intestine, i have a drain in place. I go back to have a scan done june 13th,will the hole close without surgery as my doctor says it will

Noted your history of appendectomy, drain and a fistula, a whole in the small intestine.
By rule: if there is no obstruction in the intestines this hole will heal on its own.
This will heal without surgery.

Keep your hemoglobin normal
Keep blood proteins normal.
The stool should be soft, Avoid constipation.
