Suggest Treatment For A Large Lump On The Breast

when I was showering this morning i noticed a large lump in my right breast. it deffinatly was not there last night when i showered it is so big and prominent I can feel it by running my hands over my clothes. The area wher the lump is appears red and bruised and I am so scared it is breast cancer

Hi,

Noted your history of sudden development of a large lump in right breast with red and bruised skin over it,scared of cancer.
First of all, remember that cancer does not grow overnight hence this is not a cancer for sure.
As per the history this looks to be cellulitis or can be fat necrosis.
I would advise you the following in such a case:
Not to worry about cancer.
Consult your Doctor or a General Surgeon for proper clinical examination,.
Tests of blood and if WBC is raised then to get started on an appropriate antibiotic.
Anti-inflammatory medicine.
Breast support with bra.
Ultrasound of the breast to see for the internal changes.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and management.
