Diffuse bulges and posterior herniation of L3-L4 and L4-L5 intervertebral discs compressing thecal sac and bilateral traversing nerve roots and impinging bilateral exiting nerve roots. these disc along with hypertrophied facets and logamentum flavum causing severe spinal canal stenosis.
Diffuse bulges and posterior herniation of L5-S1 intervertebral disc compressin thecal sac and bilateral traversing nerve roots impinging bilateral exiting nerve roots. This disc along with hypertrophied facets and ligamentum flavum causing mild to moderate spinal canal stenosis.
Mild diffuse bulgs and posterocentral protrusion of L2-L3 intervertebral disc with annular tear indenting thecal sac and impinging bilateral traversing nerve roots.
