Suggest Treatment For A Red Lump Travelling Down The Neck

I had a lump, abscess drained at ER Sunday and was put on Cephlex 15oomg daily and prednisone. He lanced it and drained as much as he could at the time. Today 3 days later still on antibiotics but, the lump is back and is now very hot, red and traveling down my neck.

in this situation you have to undergo CT scan neck and upper thorax to locate exact plains of abscess and then plan accordingly surgery to clear the pus and of course IV antibiotics
