Suggest Treatment For A Red,itchy Rash On Knee

I have a red rash being my knee. It's right on the join and can cause a little pain when stretching when straightening leg. It's quite itchy but eases with antiseptic creams. I noticed it when I was on holiday in Tenerife but it doesn't seem to be getting much better
