Suggest Treatment For A Swollen And Puffy Penis

I have a bacterial infection with a large lump in my pubic area. I was my DR 3 days ago. I have been taking Bactrim for 3 days. The lump is at the top of my pubic area directly below my below button. Now my penis is enlarged almost puffy for lack of a better term. It has happened in the last several hours. It does not hurt, not tender, not discolored but swollen.
