I am five weeks and 6 days pregnant and am experiencing persistent cramping in my abdomen all day along with mild nausea, fatigue and a headache but no bleeding. Energy levels are zero. Weirdly I feel hungry at the same time. I have had one ectopic pregnancy following ivf pgs preceded by three miscarriages all in the last 2.5 years. From memory all my miscarriages started with cramping before bleeding. The ectopic started with bleeding on week 4 through to six and ended as a tubal abortion. I m worried that I need to be on the look out for an ectopic again. What do you think?
