Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps When Diagnosed With PCOS
Since my periods began they were never regular. The patch and pills helped regulate them and then the shot took them away. I got off the shot two years ago. Aroind April of 2016 I was told I have PCOS. I got pregnant May 2016 and found out it was ectopic. So for the last four weeks I have been cramping like I was going to start my period. I had a doctors appointment on November 23 for reassurance that my lymphnoid was swollen and I didn t have a random bump. While there I decided it wouldn t hurt to have pregnancy test. It was negative. I just didn t feel like that was right. So on December 3 I took two at home tests. One when I first woke up Sunday morning and another in the later afternoon. They both were positive. I m concerned because I m still cramping. It s like I have to poop cramping but I can tell it s not that. They aren t painful cramps. Also I have been bleeding. a little bit. None of it is that fresh blood color. Just a dark brown with hints of a crimson red. This even there was a small stringy thing, vaginal tissue I think. Not a lot. Maybe a centimeter of angel hair pasta. Do you think I am having another ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage?
I am afraid your concern might be right. You must get USG lower abdomen done to rule out pregnancy/ ectopic or gynae cause. After USG you can visit your gynecologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
