Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Recurring Kidney Infections

My 7 year old daughter has a very bad stomach ache, hurts worse when she walks..she has a M A C E in her belly button where she gets daily bowel flushes..she does not have her appendicts, but she gets kidney infections ALL the time, her urine has a bad odor

Thanks for writing in HCM.  From the description about your urinary problems , pain with urine smell, it appears that she has urinary tract infection or Pylonephritis (Infection of kidneys).  it shoild be evaluated.  Kindly get the following things done: 1. Urine microscopy 2. Urine for culture and sensitivity 3. Ultrasound abdomen of Kidney, Ureter and Bladder region.  You can take help form Urologist with the above test reports for proper evaluation and management.  All the best and Wish you good health.
