Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Vomiting With A History Of Ureter Stone

dear dr.i had 11 mm stone in right upper ureter one year ago by getting through USG and IVU.i took cistorne,calcurex capsule,calcurosin syrup..after getting pain and vomitting,i consult urologist and took KUB and USG but not found stone so no calculi result but mild hydronephrosis .i am still suffering from silent little pain and have high bp 180/12o with gastic .please suggest about my problems..mishra

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Abdomen pain with vomiting have had varied causes both medical and surgical. As far as surgical causes are concerned, it can be because of problems in the urinary tract but even a gut disease can be the underlying cause. As you have mentioned that there are no stones at present but you have mild hydronephrosis which means some obstruction in the urinary tract. So I would suggest you to get a kidney function test.
