Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Blurred Vision And Headache

I have had abdominal pain in my right side for 6 months now. this last month has became the most excruciating. The pain never goes away. I moan in my sleep and scream out also. I have passed out literally drop to the ground because of the intense pain. have had colonoscopy, emdoscopy, mri,ct scan, upper gi with follow thru, 3 pelvic ultrasounds, two reg ultrasounds, pelvic exams and so much blood work, all of which shows nothing wrong. I can not have any clothing to touch my side, not even a sheet. Late last year I had shingles in December and was hospitalized ( they were near eye). the first of this year I was hospitalized three consecutive times with them as well. I eventually received the Vaccination for Shingles after my fourth stay in five months. Even though I do no have any blisters or rash do you believe that this could be shingles? I am having blurred visionsome times too. When I pass out I come to with a headache. i dont know if that has any bearing on it. every dr ad surgeon I have been to has said it is over active nerves I just want to sleep longer than 30-minutes to an hour. and get my family back to normal. I am only 34 as well.

Thank you for the query.
I have gone through your description.
By all means it seems to be hyper active nerves which may be due to subclinical involvement of these nerves during shingles.
Kindly think of micro stones in urinary tract and worm infestation too. As these conditions cause continuous inflammation which may cause referred cutaneous pain. These may not show up in any of investigations in many cases.
Medicines are of no help in neuronal pains usually.
You will have to distract yourself from the pain, apply some soothing lotion on the skin. Keep yourself busy as this pain shows up more when you are free.
Try to ignore it at night. You may also try self suggestion of non existence of the pain (though its very difficult).
Over the time it will get dull by itself.
But for sure keep in touch with your physician.
