Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain
I have upper left abdominal pain, does not interfere with activities, had X-ray and blood test done, nothing came back abnormal, could it be a strain, had pain for 2 months. Feels good with rest, then comes back has day goes on, it feels good to stand upright.

Hello.Upper left abdominal pain could be because of spleen injury.But as you mentioned you got your X ray and blood labs done and it is normal.I would like to suggest you to get an ultrasonography done.If the USG comes normal then you don't need to worry unless you get fevers .With the normal USG reports ,you can ask your family physician to prescribe to a muscle relaxant to cure this strain.I hope this helps you.
