I am 24 years male. I have been having lower left abdominal pain just below the ribs. what might be the problem? i have visited a doctor and he did some blood test for h-plyori, he said the cause might be an ulcer but after taking the medicine the pain still remains email: YYYY@YYYY
Lower left abdominal pain can not be due to stomach ulcer or cancer. The most probable reasons can be colitis, Hydronephrosis of the kidney on left side , pancreatitis . Blood test , ultrasonography, colonoscopy and all can tell about the diagnosis as well as a nice clinical examination by a Surgeon can help to find the cause and the treatment .
