Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Thyroid Function

hi i am 32 years old i underwent 2 lscs within 4 years. in 2010 march i again underwent tt under spinal anesthesia since than problem started 1 gaining weight (54 to 62 kg)
2. back pain , menses irregular , recurrent urine infection , anxiety,
vertigo, abdominal pain with regular gastritis now my thyroid function test is abnormal i have started eltoxin 25ug od.
now my TFT are WNL still my gastritis is continuing and still having problem anxiety .

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism and you start eltroxin. Now your thyroid function test are within normal limit. So don't worry about thyroid. Continue eltroxin according to advice.

Gastritis is not due to thyroid problem. You should take drugs like pentoprazole or rabeprazole. If needed go for H pylori test and start antibiotics accordingly.
