Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux And Ulcers

My 30 year old son who has CP had an endoscopy today. They found he had severe acid reflux and 3 ulcers. They are treating him with Omeprozole. He had the procedure at 1:30 today. He ate one pancake for dinner and just vomited dark brown vomit. It does not have coffee grounds in it, but looks like chocolate which he has not eaten. Should I take him to the emergency room? He has no pain or temperature or swelling - none of the symptoms they said to watch for.

Hello,
Regarding the history it may be duodenal ulcer bleeding. I suggest you take him to the ER.
