Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux And Vomiting
14 month old child with reflux had vomiting episodes maybe once very six months.... Last month and a half it s been several times a week, then it will skip a week and then again several times a week. She is on the right dose of famotidine for her weight and takes it twice a day every day...please help

Happy spitting is the term given for such vomiting provided the child is gaining weight appropriate for his/her age.
These regurgitation can be controlled by giving some prokinetic medicine along with some PPI like lansoperazole, continuously for more than six weeks.
