Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux, Cough And Loss Of Appetite

I have had difficulty swallowing, pain behind my sternum, coughing, fatigue, lack of appetite times 3 days now. I did not think that it could be acid reflux as I have never had that problem, so I have not taken anything for it. The pain is almost constant anymore even when I breathe I can feel the discomfort. I am not suffering from shortness of breath. I have been belching a lot. Pain does not radiate to my back, left arm or jaw. Just in the center of my chest. It seemed to be a little higher last night and is a lower this evening but still there. Should I make an appointment? Go to Emergency? or what.

Dear Patient,

for acid Reflux there is acid blocking medication available such as pantoprazol. Best is to confirm Diagnose through gastroscopy. Also other Problems like heart condition should be checked for by an ekg, best regards
