Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne marks and dry patches on face mainly because hormonal changes, stress and excessive exposure to sunlight and hyperactive sebaceous glands which produce excessive sebum and cause clogging of skin pores. I would suggest you to start with topical application of Saslic DS which is face wash you should use regularly. You should apply gel containing clindamycin in the morning and benzoyl peroxide at night time. You should visit dermatologist once and get yourself examined. Drink plenty of water. Don't use any cosmetics containing much chemicals.
