Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial disease. There may be genetic tendency. Oily skin or seborrhea may be responsible. Stress, anxiety, tension, dandruff, oily food, drugs like steroid etc. may precipitate or exacerbate the disease. You avoid suggested factors. Take minocycline 50 mg in morning on empty stomach and isotretinoin 10 mg at night for long time or till good result you get. Apply adapalene gel at night on lesions till they subside. Cleanse the face with acmed facewash. You may feel good after few months. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
