Allergic rhinitis as per your query seems to be due to infection in sinuses and could be due to exposure to allergens. I would suggest you to avoid exposure to allergen. Avoid intake of cold beverages. Take combination of antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers as it will give immediate relief and boost your immunity. You should take steam inhalation on daily basis. Do gargle with saline rinses. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for paranasal sinus X-ray. Start treatment after proper prescription. Take proper course of antibiotics.
