Suggest Treatment For An Abnormal Hearing

Hi,I'm having an aerial ear trouble which started i think when I began using a headphone as I was recording on my equipment.The result was that whenever I talk or sing the sound is inside my ear and I can't hear it the way it used to be.My eardrum is defective I guess.Is there a cure for this kind of problem? Thank you.

in my opinion this is noise induced hearing loss. how many year, how many hours per day and on how much intensity sound did u used headphone? to be called noise induced hearing loss, high intensity sound exposure should be for at least 8 hours per day for many years. and on audiometric examination typical notch at 4k , audiogram is seen. treatment is avoidance of high intensity sound, and nutritional supplement in form of neurotrophic agents, vit B 12. if this is not in your case it may be some defect in tympanic membrane or other cause . it needs to be examined.
