Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As you have ankle pain I will advise you to follow the post TKR rehabilitation program of exercise which can help the muscles to be stronger and allow the joint stability. Also, use the balance board training which is on the best scale of exercise platform post TKR but used very rarely in some. This helps to stabilize the ankle, knee and hip. Also, improves the muscle imbalances in the lower limbs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
