i am suffering from antral gastritis and irritable bowel syndrome.severe abdominal pain occurs at the time of passing out of the stool.what is the possible treatment for this?i have done ugi endoscopy but in the report everything is normal..but still i am suffering from the symptoms...

Take Cap. Esomeprazole 40mg one before breakfast. Also take Tab. Itopride 150mg one before breakfast.
Drink a lot of water. Add more fiber to your diet. Take Tab. Rifaximin 550mg thrice daily for 2 weeks. It is both therapeutic and diagnsotic for IBS
