Hello, I m an 18 year old male who was never allowed medication due to my mom being very ignorant. I have always had horrible social anxiety, attention span problems, and fatigue but never gotten help. My daily symptoms include lack of motivation, lack of energy, lack of interest, difficulty paying attention, difficulty making eye contact, hard time committing to one project, night restlessness, social anxiety, and random panic(usually every three days). I have tried meditation, better lifestyle choices, and a few supplements like B vitamins and while they ve helped it s still not fixing or helping the main problem.... What course of action should be taken to mitigate my ADHD/anxiety/tiredness symptoms?
