Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Attacks

Hi Dr. I think I suffer from anxiety attacks. When I get a little stressed and get nervous I start feeling nausea, stomach pain, shaking, dry mouth and if it happens at night I can't sleep. If I fall asleep, I wake up few minutes later with even more nausea, and it normally ends with me throwing up. I took some valdisperts to try to calm down and see if I could get some sleep, but it is not working. Could you tell me what to do?

Hello
Welcome to HCM!!!
Yes from the description “When I get a little stressed and get nervous I start feeling nausea, stomach pain, shaking, dry mouth and if it happens at night I can't sleep” you seem to have stress induced anxiety. Try some relaxation exercises like deep breathing when stressed or take alprazolam sos but not regularly.
I hope this helps

God Bless
