Suggest Treatment For Anxiety,stress And Light Headed Feeling

Age 60 height 5ft weight 8 stone 7lb Had respiratory tract infection Feb - was left with hissing in my head which is present all the time it is a consistant sound with no break. My doctor said it is Anxeity, I have taken Propranolol (dosage 10mg 3 times a day) for Anexiety for 3 months - It does stress me espically first thing in the morning when I wake to find it steill there. There is no pain but I do feel pressure and lightheadedness. Can you help me please?

Yes kindly tell about your medical history and investigation any if u have done.
If all are within normal limits may b u think a lot.If along with this u feel ghabrahat,butterfly stomoch,irritability,crying spells ,early morning awakening,disturbed sleep and low mood etc than it may be psychological.
