Suggest Treatment For Arnold Chiari Malformation

my sister-in-law aged 36 years underwent operation in NOV 2003 for arnold chiari malformation at Bangalore as she was experiencing a shooting pain in the right arm.However after 30 days of performing the operation, she was re-operated.Initially, she responded to the treatment follwinhg the operation.
Later, she slowly became immobile.Now, she can barely walk as she has also put on weight.Her right arm is immobile and finds great difficulty.
Please , Doctor, could you let me know whether the problem can be set right.
