Suggest Treatment For Athritis

I am 31 year old, my wait around 65 kg, height 5.4". I am suffering from arthritics from pat 4 year.I have taken 2 type of Ayurveda medicine, no result.I have taken almost 1 year Indocap SR medicine. Then I stooped that medicine whenever I get paint then I takes that same medicine it gives me relief from pain, I continues 15 to 20 day then I stopped the medicine. I gets pain only in both side Pelvis, no inflammation. But now when I start that Indocap SR I am getting relief from pain but still its not complete relief. I need a permanent solution for this.What should I do? Please suggest me .

NSAIDs, DMARDs (disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs) are prescribed in severe cases.

Newer biologics have role in Arthritis.
