Suggest Treatment For Back Pain Along With Neck Pain Post Injury
I had a fall down 6 steps i came sliding down on my back, however now i have a constant backache, with neck pains along with my left shoulder and arm feeling bruised. I am feeling nausea and a chest pain which is just mild. Is it advisable to have myself checked by a doctor or anything?

History of fall may have certain common type of injuries beside the fracture and some severe injuries and that could be soft tissue swelling bruise and this could be long lasting some time but comes around later or sooner, x-ray study is must, else this is nothing to worry, take care.
