Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Leg Cramps

I have been diagnosed with mild spinal canal stenosis secondary to facet arthropathy and degenerative disc at L4-L5. I have had three injections in the wrong area of L2 & L3 which seems to be a heriated disk. I had three injections with a second opinion in the L4-L5 area which has done better, but I am still in pain on my right side in my back with leg cramps and buttock pain. I am going back to the doctor in March to discuss surgery.
