Hi, I am a 49yr women who started not feeling well this afternoon. I am very healthy and have never had any major health issues. But I started having severe upper back pain in between my shoulder blades and chest pain, along with a deep sore throat. Pain in my neck also, and feeling very tired. I am breathing fine, not feeling any miny signs of a stroke but I wasn t fore sure.
Hi, From history it seems that there might be having acute upper respiratory tract infection giving generalized body ache, malaise giving this problem. Go for one course of antibiotic like Azithromicin course for 3-5 days. Take ibuprofen for symptomatic relief from pain and body ache. But many a time this short pain might be due to some cardiac ailment like angina. So to be on safe side go for EKG to rule out any cardiac ailment. Ok and take care.
