Suggest Treatment For Back Pain, Fever And Cold
Hello Dr, i had a fever for 4 days in row, neck, back pain and pain when i pee i have no symptoms for cold. i did a urine analysis and here are tge results: Colour yellow Aspect slightly turbid RBC s 2-4 HDF Pus cells 4-6 HDF Epitheial cells some Crystals few amorphous urate And other things are normal, So what do you think am suffer from ?! Thank you

Your symptoms seem to be related to an upper urinary tract infection.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and further tests:
- an abdominal ultrasound to examine your urinary tract and kidneys
- a urine bacterial culture to investigate for possible bacteria in the urine.
