Suggest Treatment For Back Pain Radiating Towards Left Arm Due To Degenerative Arthritis

I have severe back pain from chronic degenerative arthritis of the spine and a so-called spur on one of my vertebrae, the pain radiates down through my arms, currently the left side, resulting in sleepless nights and dreadful days of pain, no pills help, what are some best pain remedies to consider?

hello,

based on what you said, the following medicines have shown pain relief in my clinical setting:
tab. diclofenac K 50mg twice a day
tab. Tramal+paracetamol (tonoflex P) twice daily
tab. pregabalin 75mg twice a day and can be increased to 150 mg twice a day after 3 days of 1st medicine.
tab. omeprazole 20mg once daily for preventing stomach problems.

This treatment should be for 10 days. If you feel better, you can continue these medicines for further 15 days.
