I have a pain in the back that comes and goes but now I noticed when I swallow or burp it gets worse. I can breath but it bothers a little
The pain is kind of sharp at times. I have bad posture/curved back for many years are all these things related? Can this pain be something serious if it comes and goes for the last 5 hours? Blood pressure is 110/70 as usual

hi, if your back is curved, and you have had these symptoms, then we need to work you up for back arthritis called ankylosing spondylitis.
