Suggest Treatment For Baldness And Dandruff

Hello, Myself Viren from Ahmedabad. I had consulted a dermatologist for my hair baldness and he suggested me to use Morr-F (3% solution) but my I have experience of dandruff growth while using minoxidil solution so what do for same? He also suggested me to go for PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) therapy. So I just want to know is it helpful and what does it cost? is it painful?
