Suggest Treatment For Belly Pain In A 4 Years Old Child

my daughter is 4 ( will be 5 in a month) she is complaing of belly pain badly she is running a fever of around 102... she was fine when this hit her all of a sudden all she had was a little runny nose b4... everything she drinks comes back up but she hasnt thrown anything up from yesterday she hasnt ate anything today except for some noodles at around 11 am... and has never thrown them up just liquid... she has no appetite though... is it the flu or a appendasitis... she started doing all of this around 5pm tonight she says her belly hurts around her belly button...

Dear friend,

This is most likely a stomach flu and not appendicitis. Had it been appendicitis, she would have been very, very sick by now and most likely you would have taken her to the hospital.

Please do see a doctor in A & E and let them assess your daughter for need to give saline or some injections for fever and vomiting.
