Suggest Treatment For Bi-polar Disorder And Depression

I suffer from bi-polar disorder, depression, mood disorder, and anxiety. I never seem to be able to sleep at night. I see a psychotherapist. He has me on Duloxetine HCLDR, Diazapam, Lamotrigine, Abilify, Risperdol, Doxepin. I feel depressed and anxious all the time. I cant sleep at night. I am using my fiances e-mail address because I don t have one.

I can understand your concern ...

In bipolar mood disorder usually antidepressant , atypical anipsychotic and lithium like mood stabilizer drug given....

You have given all these drugs ...
Let me know you for full fledge effect medication will take few weeks ...

Along with drug you might given ....
1.behavioural therapy
2.Psychoeducation
3.interpersonal and social rhythm therapy

So counselling session also having equal roal as to that of medication...

If still your condition not improves than doctor can give ECT therapy ...

But just now stay calm and take medications regularly even though you feel normal ..Than medication adjusted according to response
