hi , ia m 33 years old and was diagonised with bilateral hydrosalpinx last month. The right side hydro is bigger with a dimension of 3.3 cm x 2.0 cm. My right is partially blocked and the left completely blocked. This was all diagonised using an HSG. But surprisingly I had no pain during the procedure and only felt cramps for about two minutes, four hours after the procedure. I have been prescribed with mutiple antibiotics. Is it possible for my problem to be resolved and do you think the size of my right hydro is big or small. By teh way, there was no STD or cervical cancer detected. Please help.
