Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Maxillary Sinusitis
I have a son who is 18 months and has been suffering from sinus infection after sinus infection and has asthma and has been on multiple antibiotics for at least the last 6-8 months of his life. He recently had an Xray of the sinuses which show he has bilateral maxillary sinusitis . What are some treatment options and what should I do. He is currently running fever, has drainage from his ears(which he has tubes), drainage from the nose and eyes. What do I Do???
As ear nose and throat are connected one problem will lead to another, child of 18 months can have retained secretions in nose because they don't have the skill to blow and clear the secretions, saline drops should be given in nose to clear the secretions and child should always be fed in upright position.
