Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Patent Fallopian Tubes With Peritoneal Spill

Hi doctor. My wife's HSG report. 1.uterus normal size and shape. Deviated to left side. No evidence of separate bicarbonate uterus,intra uterine filling defects 2.both corneal regions appear normal. Both fallopian tubes are well visualised and coiled up. No evidence of hydrosalpinx is seen. Peritoneal spill is seen on both sides with loculations IMPRESSION:1.HSG SHOWS BILATERAL PATENT FALLOPIAN TUBES WITH PERITONEAL SPILL 2. BILATERAL PERITUBAL ADHESIONS
3.UTERINE CAVITY APPEARS NORMAL
