Suggest Treatment For Bleeding During Urination

hi, i am 38 old, 5,8 inch and 180 lb, and my question is, that today when i went to the baith room i saw a blood thread with urine and it s the first time i see this and when i went to the baith room for the second time after like 2 hours the same thing happened. i would like to know what is this?is it dangerous?

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.

Following are the cause of your problem:
1. Stones in urinary tract:
2. Infectionm in kidney: Pyleonephritis, glomerulonephritis.
3. Blocked urinary flow like prostate enlarge
4. Polycystic kidney disease.
5. urinary tract cancer
6. Trauma in renal region.
7. Heat stroke
9. Medications like primaquine

Do the following tests:
1. Urine analysis
2. Blood sugars
3. Blood urea, creatinine
4. Clinical examination and measurement of blood pressor and heart rate
5. Cystoscopy
6. Cystogram
7. Pelvic examination
6. CBC, ESR


Take the following advice:
Consult the doctor and to USG of renal area to confirm the above causes.
Drink plenty of water as you can.
Tablet ibuprufen 500 mg for three times a day
Eat fruits/juice of cranberry, orange, watermelon, papaya, grapes with high water contain.

If not resolved, consult urologist
