I M PATIENT OF HEMORIDES FROM LAST 10 YEARS.SOME TIME I FEEL PAIN WHILE PASSING STOOL AND BLEEDING.SURGICAL DOCTOR SAID THIS IS FIRST DEGREE PILES.I USE DAFLON TABLETS.NOT GET PERMENENT RELIEF.I TRY TO USE RICH FIBER DIET.ALSO USE ISPAGOLE DAILY AT NIGHT.HOW CAN I TAKE RELIEF PERMANENTLY

Hello..This is Dr Aamir Sohail..
after going through problems mentioned,..rich fibre diet, use of ispagul is advisable to any person with hemorrhoids..also control of other dietary food is necessary if you are a non veg..
Daily thrice sitting in warm water with added antiseptic(dettol) also relieves pain of hemorrhoids...since the bowel is always in an active state of working ,it takes little time to effectively relieve the pain..
