My boyfriend has a blister on his toe that has a sticky syrupy fluid inside. He also has a similar thing on the back of his neck that has the same kind of sticky syrupy fluid come out. He said he has had the one on his toe for a couple of years. What could this be?

Your boyfriend's problem can be most likely mixed bacterial and fungal infection. Using ointments containing antifungal agents like Miconazole, anti-bacterial agents like gentamicin and corticosteroids like betamethasone for local application will be helpful.
