Hi,

Your stone is large and symptomatic. The symptomatic stone need to be removed by laser or surgically. The inflammation in ureter by Stent could be responsible for blood in urine. Kindly attach your urine report to comment further. If pus cells and bacteria also present than antibiotics needed. You can follow your doctor advise in removing Stent and replace again after subsidence of inflammation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
