Suggest Treatment For Blue And Swollen Fingers After Treated Fracture

I had a dislocated fracture of my right wrist two months ago and I am healing well. I am out of plaster and trying to use the arm/wrist/hand and fingers as normally as possible. The hand is still fairly swollen as are the fingers. This morning the mid portion of my arm down to my fingers tips turned blue/grey. This has happened several times during the day. What's wrong?
