I am 82 years old with mild body pain which effects my walking, balance, and everyday ability to get things done. I have been taking Ibuprofen 800 megs off and on, but this is now not recomended. What should I be taking for my body pain, opioids have been recomended by friends. But which opioids?
At this age body pain in a common complaint. But a healthy life style with healthy diet, mild exercise, yoga, physiotherapy etc can help you to live you a normal life. On pain killer use I suggest you to visit your doctor.
