General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Try to get a pus swab and plan for a culture study. Antibiotics are the mainstay of the treatment. Consult an orthopedic and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
