Suggest Treatment For Bouts Of Fatigue, Mild Fever, Frequent Headache And Nausea
I am 37. I have gained 25 lbs this year even though I have tracked my calories and exercised. I get major bouts of almost crippling fatigue during the day. Frequent headaches and nausea throughout week. Achy and cold at times but never more than a low-grade fever. No depression. I m a teacher and I average over 14,000 steps during a work day. I frequently have burst blood vessels I my hands and wrists for minor impact. I do not/have never smoked. Advair and celexsa are only meds. Gen Doc said thyroid was fine on basic metabolic panel.
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
There are many medical conditions related to your symptoms. It can be related to: -anemia, so I recommend to do a complete blood count -thyroid issues so I recommend to check the thyroid hormone levels
Meanwhile,I suggest to eat healthy and take a vitamin supplement.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
